Great and wise words from Mirela. We are all getting deluged by information and often we underestimate the emotional impact of the news on ourselves and on others.
Wash your hands, stay away from crowds, and stay emotionally intelligent. Focus on the needs of everyone, not only yourself. This is a mountain climb, not a sprint. We are focused on getting to the top - and back again. To do so requires that we grow as human beings. Stay safe.
